1.Our delivery time
Our delivery time is 5-11 business days.
The details will be as follows:
– Idealambition.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-8:00PM (EST).
– Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).
– Shipping time is 4-8 business days.
Orders are placed after the cut-off time 5:00 pm (EST).
2.Delivery area
Our warehouse address is 14 Joseph Ave, Albany, New York, United States, from where your Rain Gauge products will be shipped after you place your order.
Currently, we only support orders from the United States.
3.About the shipping costs
We ship with DHL Express and products will be shipped within 4-8 business days after you place your order.
(1) If the total amount of a single order is $30 or more, the order will be shipped free of charge.
(2) If the total amount of a single order is less than $30, the user will have to pay $2 for shipping.
Note: The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
4.About the packaging and Sign for receipt
Our Rain Gauge products will be will be packed in double-layer cardboard box.
After receiving the Rain Gauge, if the damage is found (such as broken, rusted, leaking, etc.), please contact our customer service Kenneth Rideau via [email protected], and we will offer you a return.
